Does Coordination Flexibility Mediates the Relationship Between Strategic Orientation and Innovative Performance?

The current global events have posed a great challenge to the survival of SMEs. This study is motivated identify factors that enhance innovative performance among SMEs by exploring path Strategic orientation (SO) and coordination flexibility (CF). A total 400 copies structured questionnaire was administered top managers Supervisors in Nigeria. Out managers, 200 were completed, while 217 completed returned supervisors out them as well. Partial Least Square (PLS) software 3.3.3, variance-based Structural Equation Modelling used analyse data. results indicate SO, CF employee skill but not HR practice found relate significantly with IP well mediate relationship SO. Thus, we concluded can be enhanced through SO explained skills.
